Lucas sold LucasFilm (including the rights for Star Wars’) to Disney for $4 billion back in 2012. ![]() Talking to Charlie Rose, he said selling Disney ‘Star Wars’ was like selling the film franchise to “white slavers that takes these things, and…“ before trailing off into laughter. George Lucas does not seem happy about selling ‘Star Wars’ to Disney, and used a very strong term to describe the company. ![]()
